    Lonnie Hendry, Jr.


Lonnie Hendry, Jr. is the Broker/Owner of Team Hendry Realty, LLC. He has over sixteen years’ experience in related real estate industries including: conventional multifamily property management and development, commercial and residential leasing, brokerage, appraisal, and onsite management of low income housing tax credit assets. He has also performed zoning case reviews/submissions and written several adaptive re-use case studies. He has been a featured speaker at several statewide conferences for his revolutionary data mining techniques and commercial real estate knowledge, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal among other publications.

Lonnie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Tarleton State University, and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate with a concentration in Sustainability from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA). He also received a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Development from UTA.

Lonnie is a licensed real estate Broker and has been an adjunct faculty member at Tarrant County College since January 2014. He currently teaches two college courses; Real Estate Appraisal and Real Estate Investments. In 2019, he also became an instructor at the Rawls college of business at Texas Tech University where he teaches two real estate courses.  He teaches a senior level real estate appraisal course an a junior level real estate fundamentals course.  He is also certified by the Texas Real Estate Commission to teach all pre-licensing and continuing education courses in the state of Texas.

His professional affiliations include: IAAO, Urban Land Institute, U.S. Green Building Council, NAIOP, and State and National Association of Realtors.

    Christina Hendry

Christina Hendry is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Development. Upon graduation Christina accepted a management position with a large national retailer. She provided four years of dedicated management service with that company before she accepted another retail management position with an upscale boutique in Southlake, TX. Christina increased her store's sales and built an incredible team of sales associates during her three years there.
 
In 2008, while employed as a real property appraiser for a large institution, Christina earned her real estate salespersons license. She has been actively and directly involved with selling residential real estate since 2008. Christina has listed properties for sellers, represented buyers and managed investment properties for her clients. She has participated in real estate transactions in both the Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin/Round Rock markets.
 
In 2015, Christina became a Certified Property Tax Arbitrator by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts. Christina is listed on the property tax arbitrator registry and has presided over numerous property tax arbitration hearings. Her experience as an appraiser and as a licensed Realtor throughout Texas provide her with a unique set of skills when acting as an Arbitrator or a Realtor.

    Sarah Escamilla

Sarah Escamilla is a licensed realtor in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. She has lived in Fort Worth since 2003. Raised in Fair Lawn, New Jersey, Sarah enjoys and appreciates the people, culture, weather and family-friendly activities that make Fort Worth a wonderful place to live and raise a family. Sarah and her husband of 10+ years, Jose, are the proud parents of twin boys.
 
Prior to earning her real estate license, Sarah studied elementary education at the University of Texas at Austin. She was a Kindergarten teacher in FWISD for several years before becoming a stay-at-home parent. The process of buying and selling her own home motivated Sarah to attend Champions School of Real Estate and begin a career in real estate. As a lifelong learner, Sarah endeavors to be the best she can be by immersing herself in continuing education in real estate.

Committed to serving her community, Sarah has served as a Past President/Board of Directors of Willow Wood Homeowners Association, Past President and State/National Representative of Fort Worth Mothers of Multiples, Web Administrator of Texas Mothers of Multiples and President and Past Vice President of Greenfield Elementary PTA.

Sarah is well-known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail, creativity and ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved in a real estate transaction: buyers, sellers, cooperating agents.

    David Flores


David Flores is from Fort Worth, born and raised. He has been a hard worker all his life having a mother who owned and operated a restaurant for almost 30 years and a father who framed houses and is still remodeling houses into his 80’s.

He studied at Texas Tech University and finished with an Associates in Computer-Aided Drafting. Drafting plans on the computer had been his life for almost 20 years for an Engineering firm that lays out lights, signs, and Navigational aids for airports.

He has his real estate license and is ready to put in the work for his clients.

David is respectful, has a really cool personality and is pretty funny guy most of the time. He’d love to help you with your real estate - buying and selling needs.

    Coy Trice

Coy Trice is a licensed realtor in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. He was born and raised in Fort Worth. After graduating from Keller High School, he moved with his parents and sister to the outskirts of San Antonio where he lived for 18 years before moving back to Fort Worth in 2009. Coy and his fiancee are the proud parents of four fur babies.
 
Prior to earning his real estate license, Coy studied to become a paralegal at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has been employed as a paralegal with one of the largest health insurance companies in the nation since 2001. His education and work experience have made him an expert in reviewing and drafting contracts.
 
Committed to serving his community, Coy served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with CASA of Tarrant County for five years. Although being a CASA was fulfilling, he took a step back from advocating for children to pursue his education in real estate.
 
Coy is well-known for his sense of humor, attention to detail, and dedication to completing whatever task is before him.

    Quinesha Franklin

Quinesha is a Texas native, born and raised in Fort Worth. A proud mother and licensed realtor serving DFW metroplex and surrounding areas.

After the purchase of her own home, Quinesha decided to pursue real estate to inspire and educate clients throughout the home buying process. An athlete by nature, Quinesha never gives up easy.     Dale Moats

Dale Moats is a licensed realtor in Haslet, Texas. He has been in Haslet since 2017. Dale is also a CASA of Tarrant County and enjoys his grandchildren, golf and hiking. Dale and his wife, Nancy have been married for over 30 years, have 2 grown children and 4 grandchildren.

Dale worked in the oil & gas industry for 35 years prior to earning his real estate license. As a degreed engineer, Dale began his oilfield career working in a warehouse and worked his way up to an executive management position through hard work, diligence and networking. Having achieved his goals, Dale left the corporate world to work as an independent consultant in order to provide his skill to a wide array of customers.

Dale has always been interested in real estate and is now ready to utilize his expertise related to customer service, attention to detail, organization and persistence for his new real estate clients.
